A) #0718 EMS TopGun II is a light gun to support every kind of screens, include LCD, Plasma and Projector, as well as traditional CRT TV. (i.e. normal TV) It supports PS3™, PS2™, Xbox™ and PC. ¡@ Q2) Compare with EMS TopGun, what are the new added functions of #0718 EMS TopGun II ? A) #0718 EMS TopGun II supports windows Vista™, and it has a new debug mode which could help user to find out and get rid of any possible infrared interruptions. Please see manual for details. ¡@ Q3) What are the differences amount #1108 EMS TopGun III, #1003 Target Box, #0807 RF TopGun, #0718 EMS TopGun II and #0508(0902) EMS TopGun ? A) Here are the differences:

but it enable your Air Gun to support video games. Simply mount Target Box ¡@ Q4) How to set up and use the #0718 EMS TopGun II ? A) First, you have to mount the two LED stand correctly. Then, you have to connect the #0718 EMS TopGun II to your PC or console (PS2™/PS3™/Xbox™), note that you have to select the switch (X/P) at the bottom of the gun to "X" for Xbox™, and "P" for PS2™ or PC. And then, after you have well calibrated the gun, you can use the gun. For details, please see the ¡@ Q5) The #0718 EMS TopGun II is not accurate at all even I re-calibrate it for many times. Why is that? A) It may be because there are some infrared source behind or beside the screen. such that the #0718 EMS TopGun II system is interrupted.
A) To solve this problem, please make sure that no infrared source is behind or beside the screen. Possible infrared source include sun light, tungsten filaments light bulb, or any high temperature light sources such as spotlight. Also, the ground may reflect the light (infrared) from the LED stand. To prevent reflection, please place a cloth on the ground near the screen
so as to prevent the reflection. Q7) What should I do if there is something wrong during the calibrating process ? A) For this case, you can press START + SE/BA at the same time during the calibrating process, and it would escape from the calibrating mode, and you can re-start the calibrating process again. For details, please see the calibration guide in the User Manual. ¡@ Q8) Could I place the two LED stands behind the cloth projector screen ? A ) We have tried that. It is workable to place the LED stands behind the cloth projector screen. But please note that our cloth projector screen may be thinner then yours, thus we could not conclude that every cloth projector screens are workable for this setup. ¡@ Q9) Could I use two #0718 EMS TopGun II to play at the same time on the same screen ? A) Yes, you can use two #0718 EMS TopGun II at the same time in Xbox™, PS2™, PS3™ and PC. Please note that when you use two #0718 EMS TopGun II at the same time on the same screen, you just need to setup one set of LED stands. Otherwise it would fail to work. ¡@ Q10) Could I use EMS TopGun and #0718 EMS TopGun II on the same screen at the same time ? A) No. Please note that the LED stands of EMS TopGun and #0718 EMS TopGun II are different, and are not compatible with each other. That is, EMS TopGun doesn't work with the LED stands of the EMS TopGun II, and vice versa. ¡@ Q11) #0718 EMS TopGun II works perfectly in PS2™, but I can't enter Calibration mode in PC, what's the matter ? A) Please make sure that the driver is workable (i.e recognized in the device manager, without a interjection mark beside it), otherwise you would not able to use the gun nor enter the calibration mode in PC. ¡@ Q12) #0718 EMS TopGun II works perfectly in PC, but I can't enter Calibration mode in PS2™, what's the matter ? A) Please make sure the followings: i) the switch (X/P) is at P. ii) you are running a GunCon2™ compatible game. (e.g. Time Crsis 2) iii) you should load the game first before you plug in the gun. ¡@ Q13) In the calibration mode of a PS2™ gun game, the PS2™ fail to recognize the shoot, what's the matter ? A) Please load the game first before you plug in the gun, and make sure that the game is GunCon2™ compatible. ¡@ Q14) Does #0718 EMS TopGun II supports GunCon™ / GunCon3™ comaptible games? A) Please note that #0718 EMS TopGun II could only supports GunCon2™ compatible games (e.g. Time Crisis 3). GunCon™ compatible games (e.g. Area 51) and GunCon3™ compatible games (e.g. Time Crisis 4) are not supported. ¡@ Q15) In PS2™, could I use the #0718 EMS TopGun II together with PS2™ joypads ? A) In gun shooting games, if you connect a joypad to player 1, the USB input 1 would be disabled. Therefore, if you are going to use the #0718 EMS TopGun II, you should not connect the joypad to PS2™. ¡@ Q16) Is EMS TopGun (#0508) compatible with TopGun Blaze Stand II (#0802) ? Also, is EMS TopGun II (#0718) compatible with TopGun Blaze Stand (#0607) ? A) EMS TopGun (#0508) is only compatible with TopGun Blaze Stand (#0607), but not TopGun Blaze Stand II (#0802). EMS TopGun II (#0718) is only compatible with TopGun Blaze Stand II (#0802), but not TopGun Blaze Stand (#0607). ¡@ Q17) Could I exchange my EMS TopGun (#0508) with the EMS TopGun II (#0718) ? I will pay for the different of the cost. A) We don't offer such exchange services. In case you really want to use #0718 EMS TopGun II on winodws Vista™, we recommend you to buy a new #0718 EMS TopGun II instead. For customers live outside Hong Kong, the postage to and from Hong Kong would be very expensive. ¡@ Q18) I find that my TopGun always miss in the calibration mode in the game Time Crisis 2. What's the matter ? A) Please note the followings when you use the gun. i) You must load the game first before you connect the gun to the console. ii) Before you start the software calibration in the game Time Crisis 2, you must finish the hardware calibration first.
