On the right hand side, you can see a time delay panel, there's 3 blank allow you to edit. If you are use Pentium II 233 ~ 300, the default value is the most stable for your machine, if you are using more fast machine or the programme can't work, you need to enter a greater value. if your machine's slow like 486 or pentium, you can enter a fewer value. So, the value is depend on the speed of your machine.
