1. I have already installed the drivers on my PC so "EMS Inter-Link Cable" is displayed instead of "USB Device".
2. I am also using the file "ngc-fs.usb.ver.2.00.exe" taken from the Nintendo Game Save Sharing Community.
3. The following files are included in the .exe file;

Nintendo Game Save Sharing Community (http://www.gci.net.tc)Installing the USB drivers
STEP #1
After you've inserted the USB cable into your PC and connected it to your memory card you'll notice the found new hardware box appear on your screen.
STEP #2
After the found new hardware box appears the found new hardware wizard will start. You will be asked what do you want the wizard to do? Select install from a list or specific location (advanced).
STEP #3
Select search for the best driver in these locations and check include this location in the search. Click the browse button and find the folder where you installed the files from "ngc-fs.usb.ver.2.00.exe". The default folder name is "GC Menory Adaptor V2.0". The folder name has a typo and should say GC Memory Adaptor V2.0.
STEP #4
After you click the next button you should see a hardware installation window appear saying the drivers may not be compatible with Windows XP. The drivers do work so ignore this box and click continue anyway.
STEP #5
Windows XP may install the drivers on its own, but if not a files needed window will appear asking to find the file "EM3Link.sys". This file is located in the folder "GC Menory Adaptor V2.0". After you click the OK button Windows XP will have successfully installed the drivers for the USB Memory Card Adapter.
Using the USB Memory Card Software
When you first start the USB Memory Card Software "SAVER FAVORITE(for gamecube)ver2.0" you will see a screen that will look something like the picture. I will explain the functions of the software below.
LIST GAME SAVER
Click this button to display the saves on your memory card in the left menu. This will also display the size of the memory card and number of free blocks left in the centre box.
Select the save you want to convert from the right menu (eg. Metroid Prime) then choose the reigon you want to change it to.
BACKUP CARD
This will backup the entire memory card in 1 file, usually about 8mb.
If you backed up the entire memory card into 1 file this will copy the files back on to the memory card. This may delete any files you already have.
Select a save you want to copy from the memory card in the left menu and click this button. You can use the name that's already given or choose your own.
Click this button and a box will apear asking you to choose a save to copy on to your memory card.
This will delete a save from the memory card.
Click this to open up a HEX editor.
